Unfolding - Zine 0003 Launch Party and Speaker Event

For this special event, we're welcoming creative director and author Ryan Antooa and branding expert and author Robert Smith to speak about their creative process and about the importance of stepping away from the screen and getting your hands dirty. It's all about the process and find your magic.

This will also mark the official launch of Zine 0003 - RAW and our first zine anniversary! Make sure to join the event early to get an exclusive look at what's inside this edition of our zine!

We'll also be celebrating Ryan's new poetry book "Colours" and Robert's upcoming book "Stop Looking for Zebras". It's a real publishing party!

Design Industry leader Robert Smith is a respected author, professor and a founding member of the RGD. During his more than 25 years in the industry, his clients have included the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Warner Brothers, DC Comics and the Royal Canadian Mint. He has also judged national and international design competitions as well as Canada’s Juno Awards. In 2017, he published his first book, The Frankenstein Condition, which deals with self-awareness and self-esteem in the world of social media. His soon to be released second book, Stop Looking for Zebras, is an exploration of the creative process in business.
