The Dos

  • Use a permitted ODC logo to link to the ODC website in general, or the webpage for the specific zine or event you’re featured in.
  • Use a permitted ODC logo to inform others that you spoke at one of our events or were featured in one of our zines.
  • Use the ODC logo in a blog post or news article about the Ottawa Design Club.
  • Choose the appropriate logo colour variation for the correct background application as described in these guidelines.
  • Allow spacing around the logo.

The Don’ts

  • Do not use the ODC name or logo in a way that suggests that you are/represent the Ottawa Design Club, or that you’re selling anything on behalf of the Ottawa Design Club.
  • Do not use the ODC logo as the icon or logo for your business, offering, project, social media, or website.
  • Do not modify the permitted ODC logos, either by changing the colours and dimensions, or incorporating other words or design elements.
  • Do not use the logo on unrelated images.
  • Do not deconstruct the logo.
  • Do not position the logo on highly textured photos.
